Welcome to Spirit & Wellbeing, a network for complementary health, energy, light body workers, healers and teachers . I’m Maz, I founded Spirit and Wellbeing as a community network for independent health practitioners and healers who practice in Plymouth and the south west region. These include practitioners in shiatsu, kinesiology, reiki, massage, crystals and energy healing work.

Individuals who share this site contribute a wide range of skills to help others grow on every level – physically, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. Through work and friendship I personally know all the practitioners advertised here. I believe that each healer/teacher comes to their work through a sole purpose to assist the self development of others. I truly value what they do.

The intention is that small steps locally ripple out into the wider community and beyond. The importance of maintaining health, wellbeing and connection to our own unique spirit selves will grow to be part of our daily lives, rather than something we seek in times of crisis.
