Creative Kinesiology
Creative Kinesiology is a fantastic way of communicating with the energy of your body. It helps to move towards a relaxed, centred, balanced state, where you have a sense of sureness and self empowerment . Where the flow of life comes to you easily, and with it a sense of release, relief , freedom and feeling more active, alive and energetic.
Creative Kinesiology is based on Chinese medicine. In this view of our body, any uncomfortable symptoms that won’t go away such as aches and pains, ongoing illness, irritating conditions, difficult relationships, feelings of inadequacy and many others can be indications of us being out of balance with what our lives could be. Most of us have a sense of how life could be – better in some way, but we aren't always sure how to move forward.
I work with the energy of meridians, the organs, emotions, bones, muscles and systems of the body. Testing parts of the body, the flow of our spirit energy, using statement / words / affirmations / bach remedies / and other things natural or homeopathic.
